Processing time: Orders are typically processed within a few business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed you choose.

International: We ship to select countries via USPS and DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided by email whenever it's available.

Wrong or damaged items: Email us at shopcuavena@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.
